Self Worth is not a Thought Experiential Online Workshop

£25.00

*Workshop only - No Cards

Self-worth and self-esteem aren’t just about how someone thinks. They’re shaped by what a person has lived through, how they’ve been treated, what they had to survive, and the stories they learned to tell themselves to cope. Often, these struggles sit underneath words.

This 2-hour online via zoom experiential CPD workshop invites counsellors and counselling students to work with Spirit of the Animal Oracle Cards as a creative, relational way of exploring low self-worth and self-esteem, for clients and for themselves.

Using animal imagery, we’ll explore how pictures can soften the inner critic, open up feelings safely, and help people express things they struggle to put into words. This approach can be especially helpful for clients who feel stuck, ashamed, disconnected, or shut down.

The workshop will be practical and hands-on. You’ll take part in live exercises, space for personal reflection with pen and paper, and guided discussion about how to use this work safely and ethically in the therapy room. You’ll leave with clear, usable ideas you can take straight into your practice, as well as tools you can use for your own reflective process as a practitioner.

This training is for qualified counsellors, psychotherapists, and counselling students who want to work more creatively, more relationally, and with greater depth around self-worth, especially when words alone are not enough.

Crib sheet and CPD certificate provided on completion.
